AND there are others who manage accounts and get in sales - TIM, PATRICIA.... AND there are support staff like JILL, MARIA, CANDI, who help with advertising, billing, HR, etc. etc. HOW should i STRUCTURE my sales incentives ? Give EVERYTHING to ALEXANDRA or SHARE ALEXANDRA's SUCCESS with the TEAM ? I want to give 5% as incentive, so $2500. Should ALEXANDRA get 60% of the INCENTIVE ($1500) while the BALANCE 40 ($1000) is SHARED between the rest of the TEAM equally ?
